Adopting a GIS system is a strategic decision. Doing so with the right support makes the difference between an underused tool and a resource that generates value every day. IPTSAT supports public bodies, businesses and professionals with technical support and training services designed to maximise the return on investment in GIS technology.
Technical Support
IPTSAT’s technical support service covers the entire lifecycle of GIS platforms: from initial configuration to ongoing development, including day-to-day management and the resolution of critical issues. Support is available for desktop, web and mobile environments, on both ESRI technologies and open-source platforms, and extends to the management of associated geographic databases.
Alongside operational support, IPTSAT offers a project support service: ongoing consultancy to guide institutions and organisations in their technology choices, the evolution of their geographic information systems and integration with other data infrastructures.
Training
Training is one of the most effective investments for making GIS systems fully productive. IPTSAT designs and organises bespoke courses for technicians and operators in the public sector and the private sector, with the aim of developing solid and immediately applicable skills in the use of GIS tools and the management of spatial information.
Courses can be delivered in person, remotely or via a blended approach, and are tailored to the starting level and specific objectives of each working group.
